We offer curated, art‑filled luxury accommodations in Natchez, blending original works from Conde Contemporary with refined design. Each suite features a kitchenette and a thoughtful, museum‑quality décor that immerses you in the creative spirit of the gallery.
2. Do you allow children?
No—our property is adults only, to maintain a serene, gallery‑like ambiance throughout the space.
3. Do both suites include kitchens?
Both suites feature well‑equipped kitchenettes, perfect for light meals and beverages—there are no full kitchens.
4. How many suites are available, and can I rent both?
We offer two beautifully appointed suites on the second floor, available individually or booked together as a private retreat for couples. Book the full floor here.
5. What amenities are included?
Expect high‑quality linens, natural toiletries, complimentary high‑speed Wi‑Fi, kitchenette appliances (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee station), and a curated reading and art collection.
6. Is parking available?
Yes—two dedicated off‑street parking spots are included with your reservation, rare in historic downtown Natchez.

Yes—quiet creative sessions (editorial shoots, styling, mini photo sessions) are available upon approval and booked separately, onsite events at Conde Contemporary can also be arranged. Contact us for details.
13. What are check‑in and check‑out times?
Standard check‑in is at 3 PM; check‑out by 11 AM. Early or late requests are possible with advance notice.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available if canceling 14 days prior to arrival. We offer no refund for a cancellation within 14 days.
15. Are long‑term stays allowed?
Yes, weekly or monthly bookings are welcome, with special pricing for longer durations. Inquire about extended stay rates.
16. Is housekeeping during the stay offered?
A light refresh service (linens and trash pickup) is available for stays of 4+ nights or upon request.
17. How do I book?
